1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing digisubs.net and completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. Checking the agreement box at checkout constitutes a legally binding contract.

2. Disclaimer of Affiliation Digisubs is an independent digital goods provider. We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Spotify, Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Adobe, or any other premium platform mentioned on this site. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners.

3. Risk and User Responsibility You acknowledge that you are purchasing digital services through third-party channels. By utilizing our services, you assume full responsibility for any potential sanctions, bans, or account closures imposed by the original platform providers. Digisubs shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from platform policy changes.

4. Warranty Policy

  • Standard Warranty: All products come with a limited 48-hour warranty starting strictly from the moment of your first login/activation.
  • No Extra Warranty: Orders placed without an "Extra Warranty" package are final. They are ineligible for replacement, exchange, or refund under any circumstances once the 48-hour window expires.
  • Extra Warranty Compensation: If an Extra Warranty is purchased, Digisubs’ liability is limited to providing a replacement account or restoring the current service to working order. Monetary refunds are strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Actions Any attempt to change account credentials (passwords, emails, or billing info) or misuse the provided services will result in an immediate termination of warranty without prior notice.

6. No Refund Policy Digital goods are non-returnable. As stated in our Refund Policy, refunds are only issued if a technical fault originates solely from our end and cannot be resolved through replacement.
